Dear Friends,
This morning I would like to honour "safety." I'm very grateful for living in a safe building, a safe neighbourhood, relatively a safe city and country. Last night, I became mad at my "concierge" and snubbed her because she wouldn't open the door for me. There I was dripping wet, the bent umbrella in one hand, the purse, the grocery bags in the other, trying desperately to locate my FOB! She knows me, she is looking at me, sees me struggling and yet she wouldn't open the door! New condo policy! Why am I paying condo fee, I thought angrily! Especially, when in New York, the concierge in my son's building gets up and opens the door for me! Anyway, this morning as I was frantically looking for my keys, I finally found them on the door, the wrong side of the door! Thus, I became very worried about the state of my mind, but very grateful for our new condo safety policy! I suppose there are a few of us on staff who are gently going down the memory lane! Those of you who have wisdom to fall back on, be grateful! I didn't have much of that to begin with!
Have a safe day everyone!
