Gratitude Day 37

Dear Friends,
YOU have created a little monster! Thank you for all your support and words of encouragement! Following a conversation with Deanne, that I took very seriously, I shared my writings with a parent of a former student who is in publishing. I'm becoming very daring in my old age! But then, to paraphrase Mark Twain, we seldom regret what we have done and often what we haven't!
No, The Globe and Mail did not scoop up the "Gratitude Log!" Neither did Hollywood! Thus, there isn't going to be a Lili & Lila movie coming out next year! However, I was advised to create a "real" blog (I know, many of you told me so!) It's all very exciting! I have already lost three night's sleep over it! I remain very grateful to each and every supporter! I'm also grateful to those who didn't read, didn't care and didn't comment! It deflated my ego, taught me humility and prepared me for the real world! We all know how humbling rejection can be! (I kinda had my heart set on a movie deal!) As I am going forward, I decided I rather be  humble than sorry!
