Dear Friends,
As I was walking to work this morning, I was wondering whether I should be grateful for another mild day in November or seriously start worrying about global warming and climate changes. What is the meaning of this mild fall? Harsher winter or dryer summer? Is what we are grateful for, always good for us? While we are on the topic of not being sure what is really beneficial to us, have you ever noticed our little students coming to the office with teary eyes? Whether it's a scrape, a bump, or an invisible injury, they don't ask for justice. They don't ask to call home. All they want is ice. I'm very grateful to whoever introduced us to ice cubes. Thank goodness for the little plastic bags sitting in the office freezer! Ice - an all time remedy!
And, the thought of not being able to post my gratitude day 21 before 9:00 am was very upsetting to me this morning. Can a gratitude log become a source of frustration? Am I sure I know what's good for me???
Have a meaningful day everyone!
