This morning as I was walking uphill, being grateful for making it to the main street, without huffing and puffing, I realised that every time we are pleased, proud, happy, appreciative and thankful we are recognising "something" or "someone's " value. Thus, I am very thankful that last night my son arrived home safely from Philadelphia. I am also happy that tomorrow is Saturday and I can sleep in. I understand it's a privilege denied to many, including myself from time to time! I also feel proud when my colleagues tell me I started a good thing.
